Based in Newburyport, Massachusetts, I serve the North Shore, Greater Boston, and Southern New Hampshire, while also available for travel to destinations beyond.

Hi, I’m Stephen! And as your photographer, I'm always exposing not only for the light, but for the emotion. It's the natural moments I seek — the spontaneous, honest energy that comes forth when encouraged by a friendly lens. I delight in the timeless joy such pictures bring and relish their ability to preserve love, laughter, and life. Key to crafting memorable photographs, our time together will be comfortable, collaborative, and most of all, fun, inviting you to be yourself with the camera. Whether I'm photographing a wedding, an engagement, or portrait — your narrative is one-of-a-kind, and I'm excited to capture your story.
Raised in Boston, I moved to Southern California after receiving a BFA in Film, Photography & Visual Arts at Ithaca College. I enjoyed a taste of Hollywood working at the Academy Award-winning visual effects studio, Rhythm & Hues. In 2007, I began independently shooting portraits after discovering that documenting real stories can be just as thrilling as movie fiction. I've met many wonderful clients over the years, and I'm thankful for the invitation to document their lives. Residing in Rowley, Massachusetts with my beautiful wife and daughter, I welcome the opportunity to work with you!
